Our inflatables are available all year round, including bank holidays, we are open from 7am-9pm Monday-Sunday.

Some of our inflatables have built-in rain covers. We also offer a free of charge cancellation due to bad weather. If the weather is bad and you no longer want the inflatable, you can cancel the booking by calling us by 8:00am on the day of hire you don’t have to pay nothing!! For safety reasons.check the local weather forecast in your areas.
We normally deliver in the morning and collect in the evening but we try to be as flexible as possible so please ask at the time of booking. Our normal drop off times are between 7:00am – 12:00am and our normal pick up times are between 5:00pm – 9:00pm but this can vary depending on the time of year. Inflatables must have enough light if used in the dark for safety reasons.

We will accept bookings as late as the same day, so it’s always worth a telephone call if you do make a last minute decision.
Approximately 10-15 mins to set-up and 15-20 mins take down depending on access.
No, for safety reasons we must deliver the inflatables.
The inflatables are delivered on a sack trolley. We need clear access for this (minimum width of 3ft). Please ensure that access to your gardens are free of obstacles. We will need access to an electricity power point within 50 metres. If the access is unsuitable, we reserve the right to cancel the booking.
Inflatables outdoors need to be on a flat grass so that they can be staked down. If the access is unsuitable, we reserve the right to cancel the booking (slight slope is fine).
Any overhanging trees must be pushed back.
Yes, we set up inflatables indoors for all types of indoor venues. We provide sand bags in this situation to secure the inflatable. You will need to check the height of the ceiling at your venue to ensure that the inflatable you have chosen will fit.
Yes, the blower must be running constantly whilst the inflatable is in use.
No, once the inflatable has been installed it must not be moved.
All of our inflatables are regularly inspected and tested and have current safety certificates. All of our electrical equipment is also regularly inspected and tested.
We do take out insurance cover when needed. You are responsible for the supervision of the inflatable during the hiring period. We will get you to sign a disclaimer form so that both parties are happy with the hire.
